At AfroBotanics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, notify us immediately at customercare@afro-botanics.com. so we can make it right.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you'd like a different product, the quickest way is to:

  1. Complete the return process for your original item

  2. Place a new order for the replacement product once your return is approved

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
